Ms. Refvik is an operations management professional with extensive experience managing event rental venues and organizing events within the arts community; including recruiting, training, and managing a team of 200 volunteers drawn from over 20 countries for a 5 day long volunteer-run event in New York City (for the Frankie Manning Foundation.)

Ms. Light has enjoyed nearly 20 years as a communications and marketing professional; specializing in large-scale event planning, graphic design, and digital/social media platforms within arts, entertainment and wellness establishments (such as Orchestras Mississauga, The Ontario Society of Professional Engineers, and Canlan Ice Sports.)
